Forever 21 has become a fashion staple with their up-to-date trends and perfect prices. It's the best place to go if you've got style running through your veins but your cash flow isn't quite as abundant. During my daily online shopping fix my mind was refreshed of an obsession I share with probably most women in the Western Hemisphere, purses. (All of these under $32!)
